Accessible Signal Icons

Changes the signal icons for 'I', 'J', and 'L' to include a smaller version of the letter in the corner of the icon so it can be read when the signal count is blocking the main letter. Version 1.1.1 - added E and F.

It looks strange still having those shown twice so i'd consider them placeholder graphics. It is not too difficult to copy-paste that blue shade to cover the existing letters and draw new big letter further up side.

Also the information page should have a screenshot example of why this mod is needed, how the counter blocks the letters and makes them indistinguishable.
