Inventory size option in settings allow only for up to 300 stacks.
In the original AAI Containers & Warehouses Mod theres is the CD-UPS option which i use, and following by it the max should be 450 Stacks.
In your 5x5 Container mod you have set a proper limit, allwoing the 1250 stacks it is supposed to have
