Adds a technology after basic Oil Processing. It contains 2 recipes:
- Wood gasification - creates petroleum gas and tar residues from wood.
- Solid fuel from tar - creates solid fuel from tar.
This is not a substitution for oil cracking. You need 11 wood to create 1 petroleum gas. It's a way to get a little more gas if you're having trouble getting blue science going and it's a way to sink 10k wood from deforesting the planet.
Inspiration - I got really tired of having thousands of raw wood with nothing to do. It's based on this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wood_gas
