I know its a bit late but I just fixed that for my copy of the mod adding a dependence, just change the line on the mod info.json
"dependencies": ["base >= 0.11.1", "? bobores >= 0.16.0"]
the "? " block makes it optional so you dont have to disable it and enable the original when you stop using bob one, I dont have angels, too noob for that yet but you can add it the same way.
