Kill all decorations when putting concrete or stone bricks, because fuck anything that is green!

By default the game removes only 25% of the ground decoration when you place concrete or stone bricks, when you are full Isengard mode, burning trees & breeding uruks you don't want a little green bush in your way. This mod makes sure this madness ends.
