Adds a hotkey to toggle a lock on the build cursor. By default the hotkey is SHIFT + F. This mod is especially useful with mods that extend player reach distance.

Changelog:
v1.2.0: Changed the mod to use only one hotkey total rather than the 3 that existed before.
v1.30: Changed the default hotkey from F to Shift + F. What was I thinking?
