Quickbar Switcher deprecated

Allows you to manage up to 5 individual quickbar layouts with the press of a hotkey. Switch between different layouts with ALT + [1-5]. This was originally ibeatbabybiters' mod! I simply patched it to version 0.16 of Factorio.

I simply updated info.json to make my 015-savegame compatible with Factorio 0.16.
