The atomic reconstructor is also a build component of other considerably less powerful YI machines - off the top of my head, at least the water generator and energy infuser use it. Maybe move the problematic recipes into a new tech instead?

I made this by request(totally) and I haven`t used Yuoki Mods. It was made to prevent excessive use in multiplayer game.
I'm learning Mods making now. So if it becomes able, I will try to separate it.
