Recipie "Glided Silver Sheet" (Au.Ag) has no silver in requirements (copper instead).
The recipie "Glided Silver Sheet" (Au.Ag) is internally called "sheet-gilded" with the comment:
"--Gilded Copper Sheet"
so it is probably a localisation issue rather than a wrong recipe.
List of items to produce Steam Turbine is too complex (tech level 3), but list of items in High-Temperature Steam Turbine recipy is too simple (tech level 2).
