Adds more infinite technology research for Vanilla. Includes: Bob's Mods.

as soon as you research capacity bonus high enough that your inserters go over 255 size, they "reset" and you start again from the start. i had to modifie the mod to stop the research just before that spot.
Must be hardcoded. Sorry. I will make a limit for that research as soon as I can.
