Adds more infinite technology research for Vanilla. Includes: Bob's Mods.

This mod really only expands Vanilla research. Klonan has updated his mod, so I would advice just using it. If a mod needs infinite added on, then let me know and I can do that. I don't really like "assimilating" other mods when it's not necessary.
