Adds more infinite technology research for Vanilla. Includes: Bob's Mods.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
I'm pretty sure Bob had infinite CLS on the first pass updating to .15, and past a certain point there were gui issues (it didn't generate a scroll wheel, messed up the inventory screen), so Bob capped the research at 20 lines.
I capped it at 15, and increased the trash slots to 6 as of 0.1.3
