As of version 0.0.2, your recipe is supposed to be locked behind the landfill research. However, I can craft landfill from wood right from the start. The recipe in wood-to-landfill.lua still contains enabled = true, you need to change that line to enabled = false to really lock that recipe until it has been researched.
