If you move on top of a charging platform in a vehicle while wearing chargeable armor and if they both have a charging coil, then only the armor gets charged. You have to exit the vehicle or remove the coil from your armor to be able to charge the vehicle. Looks like there is some sort of first-come-first-served strategy as the platform keeps charging the vehicle even after you re-enter it.
Might be a good idea to start charging the other coils as soon as one coil is full.
