Hi, I hope that this is the right place to report the issue.

I have a pump that pumps 1200 water/s on the ground floor through warp pipes to the boiler room. In the boiler room, there are storage tanks, and the fluid content rises in total by about 1-2 water per second, so it seems that each level of warp pipes drops ~90% of fluid.

Is it intended? (side question: is the mod source code public? I wanted to take a look how it is implemented and maybe take a shot at fixing it)

factorio mods source code is always public since you can open factorio/mods/ folder and unzip the mod file
