Hello.
I noticed that the Warptorio2 mod has been revived based on my updates for Factorio 2.0.
A huge thank you to whoever finally fixed the world generation bug that I couldn't resolve.
A few notes on the mod:
1. Remove the wrecked spaceship at the start of the game (we start on the platform, after all). Add some starting items (from the wreckage) directly to the player’s inventory.
2. The starting ore deposits are too far from the platform. They should be moved closer.
3. The string “victory-text2” is repeated twice in the localization file (and ‘Warptorio2’ should be changed to “3” while we're at it).

I've also updated the Warptorio 3 Expansion mod (with the approval of the original author, MFerrari). It needs to be reviewed and tested (especially regarding planet generation).

Hello Shadow!

found a random git with a fork for Warptorio2 in 2.0 (your work i guess). I took me quite sometime to get it right. Most of the Templates were broken. Water was changed for elevation and other templates had depricated game.default_map_gen_settings.X. But im still testing.

  2. "The starting ore deposits are too far from the platform. They should be moved closer." Yes that was implemented to not fully overwrite the close ressources later in game with a plattform size of 104 tiles. But i guess i have to live with it because im not able to get it working as needed.

I will check into it as soon as i have more time, currently trying to get the mods ready.
