Adds a geiger counter sound effect when close to uranium ore
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
Why does the Geiger counter sound in map mod? It doesn't make any sense.

I've just pushed an update that disables the geiger sound effect when the current controller is not the player character. Previously it would play even if the current controller was 'remote' (the map).
