Can you confirm the version you are on and the version that Uranium Geiger is showing in the Mod settings? And just to be sure, in mod settings, the values for "Distant", "Middle" and "Close" volume?

ok.. in a new game the sound is comming.. but in my old not...

i have your mod also in this game from 0.17... and there was the sound on.. but now it run not...
