Neat mod.
Do you happen to know of a mod that would make uranium radioactive (damage player) if they walked over it and/or handled it or any of its products/byproducts?

I unfortunately don't know of a mod that does that, but I haven't really looked at it.

I like the idea though and might look into adding it as optional here in this mod.

Hi, while it doesn't add radiation to uranium (at least, I don't think it does...), the below mod does add radiation to nuclear meltdowns of the reactor and the use of the atomic bomb:
