b Upgrading when you dont have enough items delete entities

I couldn't reproduce it, but I tried upgrading 100~ yellow insertors to red insertors and they were deleted from the world. I only had like 15 red insertors in my inventory.

I would give my save but I was running the game at 64x speed and it was auto saved over before I noticed what happened.

I know it isnt much help but thats all I have.
