This mod is cool and I like it a lot, but the planner should have a cost I think. Maybe 5 Copper and 5 Iron plates per?
Why blue prints are free and its basically a blueprint that does deconstruct and construct orders in the same move.
You make one of them ever, your whole play through. Why would a cost change the balance in any way?
