If I select a blueprint from this book:

It does not upgrade using the upgrade button on the GUI of the planner config window.

Do you have the GUI set correctly?
Can you provide a save game?

I do, but I should mention something first. If I pick up the blueprint book from the toolbar and then select the upgrade button on the GUI of the planner config window, it does not work. If I first open the blueprint book, then select the blueprint, then select the upgrade button on the GUI of the planner config window, it does work. Is this expected?
