I can't seem to find the upgradebuilder item. Could you include a tutorial on how to generate the item?(Unlocked all esearch still no builder to be found)

If you have PickerExtended installed: There is a mod option to hide planners (under Options - Mods - Startup). If that is selected you can get it by pressing Ctrl + Q repeatedly. Or disable the option to have it show up in the crafting window

Or press Shift+B to bring up the planners menu and select it directly
