Having it right after the electric drill at only Logistic and Chemical science is far too early from the previous drill. I think something around Production/Utility science would be much better.
I moved the technology to Production science pack level but lowered the price of the technology to same as assembler 3 (150 packs). And I think it has to be balanced.
