Hi, just tried to resume a playthrough after adding Train Warner, and got this message at game start:

Oh, I have a suspicion why it crashed, will report back if I identified the issue. Is it possible you don't have any active trains yet?

Do you mean any trains actually on the move at the resume point? It's very possible that all trains were stopped at that point, but there were definitely many locomotives on the rail network.
