i [Review] Manual resizing

Hello, I have a question for you.
Is it possible to implement for the mod the function of adding and deleting cells?
Now they are created automatically.
At the moment it is not convenient.
You already have a function to open and hide categories....
Can you organize the function of adding and removing columns and rows for groups?
It will be much more convenient than adding them automatically after assigning an item to a cell.

I would be grateful.

Hi, initially it was like that but there were too many buttons and it was confusing and ugly and what was the most important to me, taking too much space.

As a workaround I could maybe create settings for minimum number of columns
and rows in unlocked mode.

Can you describe your use case I may reconsider my decision or find another solution. When is it inconvenient?

Remember that you can move an item from one cell to another. This way you may expand a section quite fast.

I'm uncomfortable with the moment, after placing items in cells and closing the panel, it shrinks in size...

It is confusing and I have to align the panel again....
If you can add a simple menu, with window customization.

As an example: https://i.imgur.com/JFgmtwz.png

Or something similar...

It's one extra button...
But it will allow you to customize each window separately...

With the option to customize whether to automatically expand or not...
Or to use only a certain number of columns and rows, which can be prescribed in the settings...

It will be much more convenient... It will be possible to put some elements in a separate menu.

Perhaps using these controls when clicking on a cell would work without cluttering up the UI:

  • <CTRL-MOUSE0>: add a column to the right of the current cell
  • <ALT-MOUSE0>: add a row below the current cell
  • <CTRL-SHIFT-MOUSE0>: add a column to the left of the current cell
  • <ALT-SHIFT-MOUSE0>: add a row above the current cell
  • <CTRL-MOUSE1>: remove the column containing the current cell
  • <ALT-MOUSE1>: remove the row containing the current cell

Does that sound reasonable?

Yes.
If the mod will not create cells automatically.
That's exactly what's required.
To have more control over the window, so that everything is created and changed as you need it, and not automatically added what you don't need...

That would be great - but that's just my opinion...
Personally, I would be more comfortable with this rather than the automatic mode.
