g DO the Textures become "server wide"

Would this mean that you would need to "force" everyone on the server to use the specific texture pack running or can this be run "per client" in some way so that anyone can just see whatever textures they installed?

I already run my "custom" textures by just forcing an overwrite on top of the defaults. I have multiple Factorio folders so when there is an update I make the "vanilla" folder do the update, make a copy, then dump my textures in and then use that folder as the "running" version.
