I feel like this is giving the info of having enough/too many reactors. But can't totally figure it out.

Yes, this tool is supposed to help you balance the number of fusion reactors/generators.
If the plasma energy produced equals the plasma energy consumed then everything is balanced.

Gotcha, Thanks. Now I have another issue. I have a fusion plant with 60something generators.

The text should not get considerably longer with more buildings. Can you post an example?
