SE incompatibility

Edited collision mask of factory internal tiles to prevent the placement of Energy Beam Emitters and related entities. May have unintended consequences. Does fix the weird thing that allowed for vanilla machines to be placed on factory internal tiles.

Unintended consequences were worse than expected, need a different fix

Added new collision layer, layer-55. May have unintended consequences with compatibility with other mods that use layer-55. SE does not however, so it is a working solution.

There's a more elegant solution I think, but that's on hold for now as this works fine with ks2, se, and factorissimo2
