Running with this mod, Space Exploration 0.6.130, and Lighted Poles Plus 1.10.1, attempting to upgrade a substation omits the LPP+ Lighted Substation as an option. In fact, it removes all ability to use the Upgrade Planner on the Lighted Substation at all.
Oddly, the lighted versions of the PYLONS are in there just fine. It's only the Lighted Substation that seems to be absent.
