Adds a Space Age-level military science pack. All applicable technologies have it added to their research cost. Also works with some other Space Age military/planet mods. Additionally, this makes some changes to the crafting time of many military recipes (this is configurable in settings).
New technologies unlocked using this science pack are to come, but don't exist yet.
The science pack's recipe consists of 2 explosive cannon shells, 1 distractor capsule, and 1 flamethrower ammo. If you enable "Only science pack items" in the recipe change setting, then these items and their direct military ingredients will have their crafting times decreased. If you enable "More items", then those items and many other military items will have their crafting times decreased.
