Small tweak that makes nuclear reactors turn themselves off when they are at maximum heat, until they reach the configured lower-bound threshold. This ONLY applies to newly built reactors. Reactors built before installing this mod will not be smart.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
