Advanced mining drills.

The first tier are the standard ones from the base game.
The advanced tier takes a number of the previous tier, and produces a slightly faster drill with the same mining area.
The elite and ultimate drills take a number of the previous tier, and produces a faster drill with a larger 7x7 area.
