Disables running sound for all belts, including modded ones. For those who get annoyed with that squeaking noise chasing you all over the base.

What loaders are we talking about here?
I just meant the base-game ones you can make in the /editor.
Though if you have some way to get all the modded ones too I wouldn't mind. :)
