Adds an infinite technology with no effect that takes all t4 science packs, used to test your base with SPM goals. Also adds a tech that takes *all* packs, for fun.

it would be quite simple to create an alternative to this mod for the space age DLC or base game factorio. ive already done it for personal use. however, obviously i won't upload that so for the sake of if i ever want to play this mod with my friends, and the sake of others, id like to ask you to make that :)
