There are two separate issues here:
The loaders are marked as "unconnected loader", but they do work on the trains (when one is parked there). This is apparently a rather new feature, introduced in Factorio 1.1.75: https://www.reddit.com/r/factorio/comments/109bnbr/new_in_factorio_1175_loaders_now_support_trains/
Loaders at train stops should therefore no longer be reported as "unconnected loader".
The log says "Found 16 backwards belts", which is the wrong log message - it should have said "Found 16 unconnected loaders".
Ah I didn't know that, now fixed!
