Hello. your art is really cool, and I'd like to use it for one of my mods. Are you planning on upgrading your mod to 2.0, and if not, would you be open to me incorporating your graphics into mine (with full credit to you of course) ?

I'm hoping to update my mods to 2.0 one day but sadly I can't allow you to use the art files. It's frustrating because I wanted to but the license got changed out from under me.

Just as a small side note: from my understanding of CC licenses, once something is published under a license like CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, that version stays under that license forever. The license can only be changed for future releases, not retroactively taken back.

That said, I completely respect your wishes, and I won’t use the graphics unless you’re comfortable with it. Do you have any idea how soon you might update your mod to 2.0? If there’s anything I can do to help with the update process, I’d be happy to lend a hand.
