Adds the Rock Eraser item which allows you to erase rocks from the map.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
Since Alien Biome rocks are different rocks, we can't delete those with the mod. And alien biomes is pretty popular, it'd be nice if the mod erased those rocks as well :)
