Why move the Circuit Network to the bottom of the tech tree?
The Circuit Network is useful for limiting the storage size of chests. It allows for more precision than using the chest inventory limit tool.
At the cost of needing to setup a circuit network. Not a good change, moving it to the bottom of the tech tree delays it way too long.
The circuit network is available early, not late in the game. It was a misunderstanding.
Apparently, your wording is a bit... off. When you say bottom, we immediately think at or post rocket launching. I think you meant to say "top".
