Sorry but I can't fix that - it's your other mods getting in the way. Not sure which ones, either Combat Mechanics Overhaul or Enemy Race Manager

Combat Robot Overhaul (not Combat Mechanics Overhaul) causes this, maybe mark it as incompatible?

thanks for the heads up. On the next patch (i'm waiting for bug reports before I add the conflict/incompatible detail) I will add the combat robot overhaul mod as causing issues. Thankfully Robot Army is probably the better option of the two and also has permanent life flying bots if people prefer those.
