b Loop

I'm not sure if it's directly this mod, but whenever I try to load a save with this mod enabled (with other mods) my game goes into a perpetual loop and keeps eating more and more ram until I force close it. This started happening after the latest update.

Try 0.4.11, in 0.4.12 I added a migration script which will run once and it will take some time to finish . It searches all the surfaces and all the forces and a large area for all units from the mod and adds them to a reference table so that the new AI distraction commands can work

If you could send me your save game I can try to see how bad it is on my end and also how other mods might be affecting it

I'm not sure if that migration script itself would be the problem as the game uses more than 25gb ram, while my save is fairly new.
I will use 0.4.11 in the meantime as that seemed to still work.

I could also just try to leave it running for a while but I'd rather not as my PC dies from the ram usage.

It's a fairly large list of mods so might be difficult to debug.

If it loads a bunch of surfaces and forces and searches all that area then it will use a lot of ram. I only have 16gb and didn't exceed 8gb RAM during my testing.

There might be a better way for me to do it, I'll ask around

I asked for permission to access the file, did you allow it yet?

Ah, I see, sorry for making you wait this long.
I made a new link which should give you access straight away.

Honestly I completely forgot about this. :///

thanks, I will attempt to add 0.4.12 to this and see how my PC goes and what kind of time I get out of it, and if I can make it work with some lower numbers etc.
