b Mod counts iterations instead of number of packs?

Seemingly the mod only counts stuff presuming each pack is used once per research iteration. Using this mod different packs will end up with different amounts per research iteration: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/rp_rebalance_technology_cost

E.g with a whole bunch of mods I have a nuclear sub research with 182k iterations that uses 36 red science per iteration and each other science pack at progressively lower amount all the way down to 1 hydraulic science pack, a total of ~6.5M red and 182k hydraulic for that single research. The research counter mod shows the whole tech tree needs 1.7M hydraulic science and only 17 million red science. Pretty sure the red pack usage count should be at least a couple of orders of magnitude higher.
