Relocate the shipwreck and player spawn position alongside with it.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.

Yes, it will. Already had a quick look at what needs updating, and the update will probably come out today or tomorrw.

And... The release should be out now. I did not do a whole lot of testing, but the changes are trivial enough that I do not think it will cause any issues.
