Tweaks the color of the existing painted refined concrete to be more of my liking and add 12 more painted concrete variants.

Does this mod actually depend on Alien Biomes and Krastorio2? Or maybe they were meant to be optional?
Krastorio 2 does some stuff to tiles, and Alien Biomes implement so many tiles that this mod needs to tell them the tiles within are important.
I know it's technically possible to do this in a way that those mods are not required, but that would require me to spend a lot of time testing that.
