Hi! The mod is still getting updates, it's just that for some reason plexpt isn't putting them on the mod portal right now. Here is the github link containing the source code, so you can play with the development branch. Just put the contents of the repo inside a folder named "real-starry-universe" (not the zip) and put that folder into the game's mod folder (at %appdata%/Factorio/mods on windows) to run the development version of the mod (the latest version).
