Launch satellites to gain permenant radar coverage on each planet
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
Neat mod. I enjoy it, but I have one complaint - the way the charting algorithm sweeps out sections is very unpleasing. I think it would be better if the area was always a circle with the radius slowly increasing as more more rockets are launched.
