this isnt necessarily a bug of this mod, however, in the base game i believe, and in space age, they define the space science pack recipe icon. causing a mismatch between any changed space science icons in different areas. the fix would be for this mod to also overwrite the recipe icons.

Thanks for the report. However this is not a bug in this mod as this mod doesn't replace any icons at all, it's purely an asset pack for other mods to use.

I've fixed the issue in the Colour Blind Friendly Science Packs that cause the recipe icon for the space science pack to not be replaced.
