Unlocks all Quality Modules, all quality tiers (Uncommon to Legendary), and the Recycler from the start of the game when playing with the Space Age DLC. The Recycler can be built on Nauvis, as all planetary and surface restrictions are removed. No other technologies or progression are affected.
