updated K2 to 1.3.14 and same problem

Because this is a blatant rip of https://mods.factorio.com/mod/qol_research_jatmn, the author didn't actually change the correct files.
All he did was add a translation, then claimed credit for the mod by putting him/herself as the author/folder name.

Just use the JATMN one.

If you really need the Russian translation copy the './locale/ru/local.cfg' folder/file into the JATMN one.

i figured i'd use this one because i thought Jatmn made his caught the attention of Aidiakapi and they made this togethe. Seems kinda scumy if you ask me
