It seems you are using a mod that disables speed modules, which causes the error. Please let us know which mod is incompatible and we will add it to the blacklist.
Sorry - wrong error. That one i posted in relevant mod page already. I will see which mod disables speed modules (which is weird)

Thanks for the report. The problem was caused with an incompatibility with 'remove productivity module limitation' 3rd party mod. It's now fixed in our dev build.
